Bus fees can be paid on an annual or semi-annual basis.
The first payment is due on Tuesday, 1st August, 2023.
Families may choose to pay the bus fee annually in order to guarantee the seat for the whole school year.
Preliminary Bus Routes
Check on tentative pick up and drop off points and times for our bus routes here! Listed pick-up and drop-off points may change due to road conditions and route layouts after all applications are received.
The final schedule and pick-up/drop-off points will be communicated to students and families before the new year starts in August.
A Note to all Early Childhood 1 (EC1) Families
Due to EC1 being a half day (AM/PM) program, bus services are not guaranteed for both ways for some locations.
Please note that bus service is not guaranteed for both ways for some locations since it is a half day programme.

To better prepare your family for the new school year beginning 10th August 2023, California Coach would like to remind AIS families to make school bus bookings immediately. We cannot guarantee bus service for the first day of school for those applications and payments received after Tuesday, 1st August, 2023.
5 business days are required to process the California Coach Bus Service application.

Please upload the copy of the deposit slip together with your application. Upon receipt of the payment, a copy of the receipt and the confirmation of the seat will be sent to the AIS parent email account.
Due to the limited number of seats, priority will be given to the students requesting round trips.
One-way service requests will not be processed until all round trip requests have been serviced.
Notice to Terminate Bus Service
If your child/children no longer require bus service, please kindly notify the Bus Company 3 months in advance from the effective date of termination of service.
A prorated refund may be requested upon submission of a written request to California Coach Limited, signed by the parent / guardian.
Please note that no refunds will be processed unless 3 months written notice is provided.
