Payment Structure 2020-21
Bus fees can be paid on an annual or semi-annual basis. The first payment is due upon booking. The second payment is due on Friday, 8 January 2021. Families may choose to pay the bus fee annually in order to guarantee the seat for the whole school year.

Please click on the images below to fill out the appropriate Student Bus Service application. Bookings will only be confirmed when the payment is received by California Coach Limited.
To Better prepare your family for the new school year beginning 18th August 2020, California Coach would like to remind AIS families to make school bus bookings immediately. We cannot guarantee bus service for the first day of school for those applications and payments received after Friday, 14th August, 2020.
A Note to All Early Childhood 1 (EC1) Parents
Please note that bus service is not guaranteed for both ways for some locations since it is a half day program.
Local and overseas families may pay via e-payment or telegraphic transfer by following these instructions:

Please forward a copy of the deposit slip with the student’s name and student ID, or a copy of the bank transfer confirmation to email@example.com, or by fax to (852) 2572-2790. Upon receipt of the payment, a copy of the receipt and the confirmation of the seat will be sent to the AIS parent email account.
Please make the check payable to
California Coach Limited and put the student’s name and student ID on the back of the check.
Please seal the exact amount in an envelope clearly labeled with the student’s name and AIS student ID number. Check and cash payments may be made through the AIS school office.
Due to the limited number of seats, priority will be given to the students requesting round trips. Families wishing a one-way service should forward their request by email to our customer service staff at firstname.lastname@example.org One-way service requests will not be processed until all round trip requests have been serviced.
Notice to Terminate Bus Service
A prorated refund may be requested upon submission of a written request to California Coach Limited, signed by the parent. A minimum of 3 months advance notice is required. Please note that no refunds will be processed unless 3 months written notice is provided.
