Dear AIS families,
It is an exciting time to begin your journey with the American International School. To better prepare your family for the new school year beginning 11 August 2022, California Coach would like to invite AIS families to make school bus bookings now. Please note that due to the limited number of seats available on our buses, requests for the school bus service will be entertained on a first come first served basis.
If you would like to use the school bus service, please visit https://www.californiacoach.com.hk or the AIS Website School Bus page to request the service on-line. Complete the on-line request and submit the service fee using one of the payment options listed below.
1) Forward the exact amount of cash in a sealed envelope or make check payable to California Coach Limited via AIS school office, please write the student name and student number clearly on the envelope or on the back of the check. AIS will assist to forward the payment to California Coach Limited.
2) By bank deposit or bank transfer to:-

Please upload an image of the deposit slip or the transaction record to the on-line Bus Service Request Form when submitting the bus service request. Please include any bank charges in the payment, the amount of fee received by California Coach Ltd. shall be net of charges.
Please note that bookings will only be confirmed when payment is received by the California Coach Limited. Upon receipt of the payment, an email confirming the seat will be sent to the AIS student and family email address. If for a particular reason a seat cannot be confirmed, an email will be sent to advise the family of the situation and a full refund will be made accordingly.
