It is an exciting time to begin your journey with the American International School.
To better prepare your family for the new school year beginning 10 August 2023,
California Coach Limited (CC) would like to invite AIS families to make school bus bookings now. Please note that due to the limited number of seats available on our buses, requests for the school bus service will be entertained on a first come first served basis. Priority will be given to the students requesting round trips.
Families wishing a one-way service should forward their request by email to our customer service staff at admin@californiacoach.com.hk
One-way service requests will not be processed until all round trip requests have been serviced.
If you would like to take the school bus service for the new 2023-24 school year, please login the application system with your AIS students or parents account, complete the form and submit the school bus fare in advanced.
Local and overseas families may pay via e-payment or telegraphic transfer to our account.
*Please include the bank charges with the payment (if any), the amount of school bus fare received by CC shall be net of charges.

Please upload an image of the deposit slip or the transaction record to the online Bus Service Request Form when submitting the application.
Please note that bookings will only be confirmed after the full amount of the payment is received by California Coach Limited. Upon receipt of the payment, an official receipt will be sent to the AIS student and family email address as the confirmation of seat. If for a particular reason a seat cannot be confirmed, an email will be sent to advise the family of the situation and a full refund will be made accordingly.
Again, due to the limited seating capacity, we strongly recommend families arrange the booking early to avoid any disappointment. If there is any question, please feel free to email us at admin@californiacoach.com.hk
